Description:

One of the most enchanting river cruises in China

Pick up from your Guilin hotel and transfer to the pier for a picturesque and relaxing 4-hour cruise along the Li River to Yangshuo. There are seats and tables by the large picture windows inside and plenty of outdoor deck space from which to admire the passing scenery. Watch the flottilas of boats alongside, little fishing boats scuttling along selling their wares to the cooks aboard the pleasure boats, women washing their clothes in the river, farmers and oxen in the paddy fields beyond, and the stunning backdrop of forest-clad peaks romantically wreathed in mist, and crystal-clear waters fringed with clumps of phoenix-tailed bamboo. After lunch on board, disembark in Yangshuo and explore the dozens of handicraft stalls that line the main street, before returning to Guilin by road, approx 1 hour. Please note the cruise is aboard a public boat seating up to 200 people.
